Delivery time

You choose! You can book your delivery to suit your bathroom project. Anywhere from 48 hours after purchase or up to six weeks in advance. Secure your products but take delivery to suit you & your home.

Delivery Information
  • Delivery is £15.00 (orders over £250 are free delivery)
  • All of our products are delivered via our bespoke delivery service. Your order is sent directly from our holding facility to your specified delivery address.
  • Once your order is processed you will receive a txt message with a link to our bespoke delivery booking service. You will be able to book the delivery in to suit you and your bathroom project. This secures your items but gives you the freedom of receiving them when it suits you (up to 6 weeks in advance).
  • We aim to have your order processed within 24 to 48 hours of you placing it. Most orders are sooner and this will be confirmed once you place your order.
  • If any product(s) on your order are out of stock we will notify you and provide an approximate lead-time.
  • We strongly advise that you do not organise installation until the product(s) have been delivered, and you are certain that all required materials are present and correct. We are not liable for any installation costs, compensation or consequential loss as a result of not following these guidelines.
  • Returns are accepted for products that are in the condition they where recieved in and are in the original product packaging. Returns are priced at £25.00 plus vat and will be collected in the same manner they where delivered.
